If a paid Client cancels an event 7 days prior the event date a full refund less 10% handling booking fee will apply.
If a paid Client cancels an event 24 hours prior the event date, NO REFUND will occur due to packing handling fees. If Client explains the reason and defers the event to a later date the Owner may relax the no refund policy by allowing new date of hire event. This decision is solely determined by the Owner - Easel Hire Display.
If Covid Lockdown occurs 24 hours before event a later date booking will be granted with no extra fee charge. If the equipment has been delivered or picked up and a Covid lockdown is called a 25% fee of total hire job will occur to cover before and after handling and delivery / pick up (usually 4 trips) costs. If delivered Covid client rebook this cancelled event a 10% discount of hire fee only will be offered, not on delivery fees. The owner understands these difficult trading times and flexibility will be offered.
